An HIV-positive man charged in Tennessee with molesting underage boys may have used his church for assignations, investigators said.
Police said Maurice Carter had an underage boy with him when he was arrested in May after a routine traffic stop.
They also said he had marijuana and what the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation described as "inappropriate photos and videos."
