They also hadmore restful sleep than their unhappy sisters, according to recentstudy, by researchers at the University of Pittsburgh, was based on1,938 married women with an average age of 46 years.Subjects reportedtheir marital happiness, sleep quality and frequency of difficultyfalling asleep, staying asleep or early morning awakenings. Accordingto the results, higher levels of marital happiness were associated witha lesser risk of having multiple sleep complaints in few women.
